3. Accounts & applications

Some parts of the Service, such as becoming an agent or submitting a property listing, may require you to provide information for review. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit and for keeping your contact details up to date.

4. Listings & user content

Property listings, descriptions, photos, and related content ("Listings") submitted through the Service are reviewed before publication, but we do not independently verify every detail of every Listing. The agent or party who submits a Listing is responsible for the accuracy of the information it contains.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating the Service.

Note: Listing details (price, availability, features) are provided by agents or property owners and may change. Please confirm details directly with the listing agent before making decisions.

5. Agents & verification

Individuals applying to become an agent on the Service must hold a valid, active real estate license where required by law. We may verify license information, and reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove agent accounts at our discretion.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property or personal information

• Post duplicate, spam, or unauthorized listings

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service

7. Fair housing

Realex is committed to fair housing practices. We do not permit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law, in any Listing or communication made through the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any Listing is accurate, complete, or currently available, and we are not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, renters, or agents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or any transaction conducted between users of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
